At Pure Core, we stand behind every product we make. We want you to feel great about your purchase — and confident that we're confident, too. This Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service.

Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all Pure Core products. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

We've structured our guarantee to be fair to first-time customers (so you can try our products with confidence) while protecting against abuse on multi-bottle bundles and subscriptions.

How the Guarantee Works

Single-bottle orders (Buy 1)

If you purchased a single bottle and you're not satisfied:

  • You may return the bottle for a full refund of the product cost, even if the bottle has been opened, as long as you contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Multi-bottle bundles (Buy 2 Get 1 Free, 3-Month Bundle, Duo Bundles, etc.)

If you purchased a multi-bottle order:

  • One bottle may be opened ("first-bottle satisfaction") and returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery.
  • All remaining bottles must be unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
  • We will issue a refund for the value of all returned bottles (one opened + any unopened) at the per-bottle price reflected in your order.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Subscription orders

If you have an active subscription:

  • Your first subscription shipment is covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee under the same terms as above (first bottle opened OK; remaining bottles must be unopened).
  • Renewal/recurring shipments may be returned within 30 days of delivery only if all bottles are unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging.
  • To stop future renewals, you must cancel your subscription before the next renewal date. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of prior shipments unless the prior shipment meets the conditions above. See our Terms of Service, Section 8, for full subscription terms.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at orders@purecoreusa.com within 30 days of delivery with the following information:

  1. Your order number
  2. The product(s) you wish to return
  3. The reason for return (helps us improve — but no detailed justification required)
  4. A photo of the bottle(s) you wish to return, showing condition and seal status

If your return is approved, we will email you return instructions and a return shipping address. Items shipped back to us without first requesting and receiving return authorization will not be accepted and will not qualify for a refund.

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment. Pure Core is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

What Happens After We Receive Your Return

  • We will inspect the return within 5 business days of receipt at our facility.
  • We will email you to confirm whether your refund is approved or denied based on the return condition and these Policy terms.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
  • Refunds may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, please contact us at orders@purecoreusa.com.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at orders@purecoreusa.com — within 7 days of delivery — with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photos of the damaged/defective product, packaging, and shipping label
  3. A brief description of the issue

At our discretion, we will either send you a free replacement or issue a full refund (including original shipping). We do not require you to return damaged or defective items, but we may ask you to send photos for our records.

Claims of damage or defect made more than 7 days after delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund, even within the 30-day window:

  • Bottles opened in excess of the "first-bottle satisfaction" allowance on multi-bottle orders (i.e., more than one opened bottle per multi-bottle order)
  • Bottles with broken or tampered seals beyond the first-bottle allowance
  • Bottles damaged due to customer mishandling, improper storage, or extreme temperature exposure after delivery
  • Free gift items (such as eBooks, wallet cards, or promotional bonuses) — these are non-refundable and not required to be returned
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Subscription renewal shipments that are opened (the first-bottle allowance applies only to your initial subscription order)
  • Returns received more than 30 days after delivery
  • Returns shipped without prior authorization from Pure Core

Refund Amounts and Restocking

  • Product cost refund: Yes, per the conditions above
  • Original shipping fees: Not refunded
  • Return shipping cost: Customer's responsibility (unless the item was damaged, defective, or wrong)
  • Restocking fee: None on standard returns processed under this Policy. A 10% restocking fee may apply to refused shipments, undeliverable packages returned to us, or returns of orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer (see Shipping Policy)
  • Discounts and promotions: If your order included a percentage or dollar-off discount, your refund will be calculated based on the actual amount paid, not the original retail price

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive a different product is to:

  1. Request a return for your original product (per the conditions above), and
  2. Place a new order for the product you'd like instead.

We do not process direct product-to-product exchanges, as our inventory and order systems are designed for separate transactions.

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first at orders@purecoreusa.com. We respond within 1–2 business days and we will work in good faith to resolve any legitimate concern.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer before contacting us, or in lieu of following the return process described in this Policy, may result in:

  • Forfeiture of your right to a refund under this Policy
  • Suspension or permanent ban from future orders, subscriptions, or accounts
  • Reporting of fraudulent chargebacks to credit reporting agencies and authorities where applicable

We treat chargeback fraud seriously. Almost every issue can be resolved more quickly and to your benefit by simply emailing us.

Refund Abuse Policy

Pure Core reserves the right to deny refunds, returns, or future service to customers who:

  • Submit multiple refund requests within a short period (refund cycling)
  • Return products in excess of our first-bottle satisfaction allowance
  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive return practices (e.g., returning empty bottles, used product claimed as sealed, items not originally purchased from Pure Core)
  • Place repeated orders and refund them in a pattern suggesting abuse
  • Violate any other term of our Terms of Service

We make these determinations in our sole and reasonable discretion.

Promotional and Free Gift Items

Free gift items received with your order — such as the eBook ("The Complete Reset Protocol," "The Invisible Load," or "The Sleep Reset"), the EWG Shopper's Guide wallet card, or other complimentary bonuses — are non-refundable and you are not required to return them in order to receive your product refund. These gifts are yours to keep.

Promotional Codes and Discounted Orders

Refunds on orders placed with a promotional code, sale price, or discount will be issued based on the actual amount you paid, not the original or list price. Refunds will not be issued for the difference between a price you paid and a later promotional price.

European Union and International Orders

Pure Core currently ships only within the United States. This Refund Policy applies to U.S. orders only.

Sales Tax

Where applicable, sales tax paid will be refunded along with the product portion of your refund.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. The version of this Policy in effect on the date of your purchase will govern any refund or return request for that order.
