Pure Core is committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, delivery estimates, shipping limitations, and your responsibilities as a customer. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into our Terms of Service.
Where We Ship
Pure Core currently ships only to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states. We do not currently ship to:
- International destinations (including Canada and Mexico)
- U.S. territories outside the 50 states (Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, etc.)
- Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses
- P.O. Boxes (in some cases, depending on carrier)
If you place an order to an unsupported address, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During promotional periods, new product launches, or seasonal peaks, processing times may extend slightly. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
We reserve the right to delay or hold orders pending verification of payment, shipping address, or order details.
Shipping Timeframes
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times within the continental United States are:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
Alaska, Hawaii, and remote ZIP codes may experience longer delivery times.
Total time from order to delivery is typically 6–13 business days (processing + transit).
Please note that all delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Pure Core does not provide guaranteed shipping or refunds based on missed estimated delivery dates.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75. Orders under $75 will have shipping costs calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and order weight.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to fully update after shipment, as carrier scanning sometimes lags initial label creation.
If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at orders@purecoreusa.com.
Carrier Selection
Pure Core reserves the right to select the shipping carrier and service level for each order at our sole discretion. We work with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We do not guarantee delivery by any specific carrier.
Split Shipments
In some cases, items in your order may ship separately from different fulfillment locations to ensure faster delivery or due to inventory location. If this happens, you will receive multiple tracking numbers, and your order may arrive in separate packages on different days. There is no additional cost to you for split shipments.
Delays Outside Our Control
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- High order volume (especially during promotions, launches, and holidays)
- Carrier delays, route changes, or service disruptions
- Severe weather, natural disasters, or other acts of God
- Strikes, labor disputes, or operational issues at carriers
- Public health emergencies
- Technical or systems issues
Pure Core is not responsible for delays caused by any of the above circumstances, and such delays do not entitle you to a refund, replacement, or shipping credit.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
You are responsible for ensuring that your shipping address is complete, accurate, and deliverable at the time of checkout. Please double-check your address — including apartment number, suite number, ZIP code, and any access codes — before submitting your order.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by you, you will be responsible for any reshipping costs. If you do not wish to reship, we will issue a refund for the product cost minus original shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee.
Address changes after order placement cannot be guaranteed. If you notice an error, contact us at orders@purecoreusa.com immediately. We will attempt to update the address before the order ships, but once an order has been processed or handed to the carrier, address changes are not possible.
Refused or Returned Shipments
If you refuse delivery of your package, or if a package is returned to us as undeliverable for any reason (including but not limited to incorrect address, failure to claim, or refusal at delivery), we will issue a refund for the product cost only, minus original shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. This means that once your package leaves our facility, it is your property and your responsibility.
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other), Pure Core is not responsible for lost, stolen, missing, or "porch-pirated" items, and we will not provide refunds or replacements for such packages. This policy applies whether the package was marked delivered at your address, a neighboring address, a mailbox, a parcel locker, or any other location.
If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, we recommend the following steps:
- Check around your delivery location — packages are sometimes left in less visible spots (porch corners, behind plants, side doors, garages, with neighbors, building lobbies, mailrooms).
- Check with household members and neighbors — someone may have accepted or moved the package.
- Wait 24–48 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages "delivered" prematurely; they often arrive within 1–2 days.
- Contact your local carrier office or post office directly with your tracking number to open a missing-package investigation.
- File a claim with the carrier — USPS, UPS, and FedEx all have formal lost-package claim processes. Pure Core can provide proof of shipment for your claim, but we do not file claims on behalf of customers.
- Report stolen packages to local law enforcement if theft is suspected.
We strongly recommend shipping to a secure address (such as a workplace, gated community, or PO Box where supported) if package theft is a concern in your area.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives with visibly damaged packaging or visibly damaged product, please:
- Take clear photos of the damaged packaging, shipping label, and damaged contents before discarding anything.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@purecoreusa.com with your order number, photos, and a brief description.
- Retain all packaging materials until your claim is resolved.
At our sole discretion, we will offer either a replacement of the damaged item(s) or a refund for the damaged portion of the order. Claims made more than 7 days after delivery may be denied.
Product Storage and Temperature
Pure Core products are shelf-stable but should be stored as directed on the label — in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Pure Core is not responsible for product quality issues caused by extreme temperature exposure during shipping (e.g., packages left in summer heat or sub-freezing conditions for extended periods after delivery). We recommend retrieving your package promptly after delivery, especially during summer and winter months.
Restricted States or Localities
Pure Core reserves the right to refuse shipment to any state, county, or municipality where the sale of dietary supplements containing any of our ingredients is restricted by law. If your order cannot be shipped due to local restrictions, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be calculated and applied at checkout based on the destination shipping address and applicable state and local laws.
Subscription Shipments
If you are enrolled in a subscription, your renewal orders will follow the same processing and shipping timeframes as standard orders. Subscription shipment dates are estimates and may vary based on order processing and carrier conditions. You can manage, skip, or cancel subscription shipments through your account dashboard at any time before the renewal date.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
Once an order has entered processing, we cannot guarantee that modifications or cancellations can be made. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us at orders@purecoreusa.com immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request but cannot guarantee changes once an order is in processing or has shipped.
